Sunflower Oil from Franche-Comté – Emmanuel Ogier

With its golden colour, sunflower oil has retained all the aroma of the seed of this sunny flower. It is used throughout the kitchen, both as a seasoning and for cooking.

Its delicate fragrance respects the taste of the food it accompanies.

Sunflower oil is rich in omega 6 and vitamin E.

Sunflower oil does not freeze in the cold and can therefore be kept in the fridge for more than a year.

The virgin oil comes from a single cold pressing. The pressing is very gentle: 3.50 litres/hour. It thus retains all the fragrance of the sunflower almond and preserves all its nutrients (vitamins, omega-3, omega-6, …). It is always pure (no mixing of raw materials or finished products).
