Harvest / Vinification :
Traditional vinification with one year maturing in vats.
Tasting :
In the glass, its intense red color lets escape from the glass.
notes of sweet spices and black fruit aromas (blackcurrant,
ripe).
A wine easy to drink, in the mouth the tannins are present but
without excess.
Food pairings :
Accompanies grilled red meats, Camargue bull.
and lamb with the flavors of Provence.
Perfect with a platter of fromage frais, or tomes of
Mountain.
Serve at room temperature.
Wine for semi-aging. It can also be tasted without waiting.
