We use fresh, seasonal vegetables that are full of flavour. So there’s no need to add any seasoning whatsoever to the soup.
However, you can add a few ingredients just before serving, according to your inspiration:
- A pinch of grated Parmesan or a dollop of double cream.
- Crumbs of feta or Bleu d’Auvergne cheese to add texture.
- A few chopped fresh herbs: parsley, chervil, coriander, basil, chives, etc.
- A drizzle of vegetable oil: walnut oil, courgette seed oil, sesame oil, etc.
- But also bread crumbs, flax seeds, chia seeds, etc.
